We can deliver to virtually any address in South Africa. For local deliveries you will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel as soon as it has been given to the couriers. 

When you place an order, I will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items I sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies I use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg. All shipping prices exclude insurance and should be arranged if required. 

Delivery options in South Africa:

We use The Courier Guy and Aramex 

We offer Courier Door to Door Deliveries, Main Centre Areas can expect next day delivery for items less than 2KG, and outside Main Centre areas it can take 2-5 Business Days, also items that weigh more than 2KG can take 2-5 Business Days.

We normally stick with the 2-5 Business Days window Policy on all our Courier Door to Door deliveries, it can sometimes arrive sooner, but we like to play it safe.

Shipping options International:

DHL – eCommerce Express 

SAPO – South African Parcel Mail 

Registered Mail – AKA Snail Mail, Tracking number will be provided BUT in most cases the parcel will not be trackable when it arrives in the country of  destination (only available for small parcels)

We can virtually ship to any place globally!

You will get a tracking number with all international shipping orders.  

Tracking FAQ with Postal Service:

Sometimes shipping internationally is slow via postal services and it takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Be patient and give it at least 30 days. If you think it’s stuck or lost in the mail, let us know by contacting us

Tracking updates might be delayed or there is no status to them with tracking link provided, this is normally when the parcel arrives at the destination country and your postal service has taken over. There are a few things that you can do, The first is to find out what your postal service is in your country  ” I’m sure most know what your postal service is in there country ” If not then you can do a quick google search on that. The second is to use the tracking number provided to you and use it with your countries postal tracking service ( if tracking with your postal service and foreign number is unavailable ” not trackable ” then you will need to use the link provided to you ) 

Please note that we have no control over the import fees or duties charged when you receive your order. With that said, we’re honest about the fact that you might incur them. Basically, the way it works is that each country sets a maximum value for products which classify as duty-free (meaning no import fees or duties). Once the value of your order exceeds that amount, you may be charged a certain % of the order value. Again, we have no control over this. The government of each country sets these regulations and, unfortunately, it’s a reality you will find with any online retailer that you purchase from aboard, The best we can do is ensure that our actual shipping cost is extremely low and be honest about the taxes you might have to pay upon arrival.

Refunds or Returns: 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sludge.co.za


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
